Challenge
Build strength. Explore your edge.
Rocket Yoga is playful, energising and rooted in Ashtanga. The practice develops strength, confidence and freedom with options that make challenge feel supported.
About Mindful Intentions
Mindful Intentions is a personal approach to yoga and wellbeing: challenging when growth asks for it, restorative when life asks for space.

The idea
A place to build confidence in your body, find clarity in your mind and feel connected to the people practising beside you.
Mindful Intentions grew from a belief that yoga can hold more than one kind of experience. It can be energetic and playful. Quiet and restorative. Technically focused, yet deeply personal.
Across weekly classes, workshops and retreats, the intention stays the same: meet people where they are and create a clear, welcoming path forward.

Kourosh's story
Kourosh founded Mindful Intentions after more than ten years of personal yoga practice and a desire to create meaningful connections through teaching.
His journey took him to Kerala, India, for a 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training, followed by a 200-hour Rocket Yoga certification with Carson Academy.
A background in Mechanical Engineering brings an eye for detail, structure and progression. Yoga brings the awareness to recognise that no two bodies or days are the same.
The philosophy
You need both. One builds capacity and confidence. The other creates room to absorb, recover and reconnect.

Challenge
Rocket Yoga is playful, energising and rooted in Ashtanga. The practice develops strength, confidence and freedom with options that make challenge feel supported.

Restore
Restorative yoga and Tibetan singing bowls offer a quieter counterpoint: space for deep relaxation, release and rejuvenation.
What makes it different
Clear direction and intelligent progression, without turning practice into performance.
Options for different levels of experience, so curiosity can grow alongside confidence.
Technical understanding matters, but so do humour, encouragement and how someone feels in the room.
Classes, workshops and retreats create space to practise together, share experiences and build genuine community.

The deeper experience
Workshops and retreats bring physical practice, meditation and sound healing into a wider experience, from a focused one-day reset to time away in an inspiring place.
Each one is designed for relaxation, growth and connection, on and beyond the mat.

The community
Mindful Intentions welcomes practitioners of different levels, backgrounds and reasons for stepping onto a mat.
Some arrive looking for strength. Some need calm. Some want a challenge, a fresh direction or simply a community that feels easy to return to.
The practice can change. The welcome does not.
